You may have put the words "spirituality" or "meditation" or something similar into a search engine and arrived here at our site.  Welcome!

To get to know us, we suggest that you first take a look at some of our Readings, so that you will have an idea of how we approach meditation and spirituality. Then you might want to visit the About Us page, to see the breadth of what we have been doing over the years.

Also, please look at the Programs page to see what opportunities there are. You can consult books or on-line readings to learn about meditation, but actual meditation practice becomes most effective when done with others and with the guidance of a skilled teacher.  Please consider joining us.
